It is important to take stock of the situation at any time: during the event to understand how it is carrying out and at the end to draw conclusions about it.
MeetMe gives real-time statistics in the registration phase and during the event. The statistics give you a numerical snap on attendance confirmations and withdrawals, event accreditations and the no-show. Furthermore, it is possible to get separate statistics data using a specific field e.g. participant typology.
After the event it is possible to download detailed reports on invitations/confirmations – withdrawals/accreditations, attendances on sessions and the no-show. Furthermore, for some event typologies additional report formats are available: meeting reports (for bank or corporation plenary meetings) o ecm reports ecm (in XML format for medical events).
Event reports can be combined with those referred to mailings or the surveys. For advanced analysis is furthermore possible to use the BI functionality which creates multiple event reports.
