In the Session attendance unit you can register participants’ attendance and their stay in the session hall.
This unit is important because it shows the number of persons in the hall and so it helps to avoid overcrowding. At the same time it allows you to understand which are the most popular sessions and it helps you profiling the participants.
Attendance registration can be done through:
- participant’s badge scan through barcode or RFID reader
- RFID hands-free gates in case of massive attendance
- participants’ registration through iPad, iPhone or Android smartphone
Session attendance data are accessible in real time and can be exported in Excel reports and graphics.
