BCC Assembly Management

Managing BCC Assemblies:

MeetMe a success story

The solution for MeetMe events management, developed entirely by Infordata, has been chosen by many Cooperative Credit banks (BCC) in southern center of Italy to manage accreditations on their customary members’ meetings.

These include BCC of Irpinia , BCC of Naples, BCC of Montecorvino Rovella and BCC of Casagiove. With this solution, banks have significantly streamlined the procedures for their members accreditation and delegations management, reducing time management up to 80%. Thanks to the great success achieved, Infordata has decided to invest in new capabilities and to offer a more complete solution for the next meetings.

MeetMe system consists of a web-based management software, attendance terminals and RFID badges. The system is conceived to manage all the organizational phases: from the first stage, when all invitations are sent to the members, proceeding with the Assembly management, up to the final stage when attendance and voting reports are generated.

MeetMe system has not the exclusive purpose of the meetings management, but has a broader aim to loyal the member, since it represents the cornerstone of a BCC. Thus, the key is the membership card, which apart from providing a sign of identification and prestige, can be used for various services.

In the first stage, the members have been imported into the software, the badges have been printed and delivered by mail to each member and before the beginning of the assembly already available delegations were included in the system. During the meeting, the members accreditation was very fast: people came to the desk, their badges were read, delegations were verified (or inserted the new ones), and finally a card for voting was given, indicating the number of votes for which the member was entitled. RFID readers were installed at the meeting hall entrance to detect the effective attendances. At the end of the works, the accredited and the attendances data were matched, so that only the votes of actually present persons have been considered.
